Spatialist can manage the entire solar development process including initial feasibility analysis, technical assessment, contractor procurement, assembling financing + incentives, and project management. Spatialist was selected to participate in the US Department of Energy’s Community Power Accelerator, building our expertise in community solar and solar for low-income communities. We are excited to expand access to clean energy and savings to reduce energy burden.
Program Administration + Grants Management
Spatialist has over a decade of experience in HUD grants management and administration including CDBG, CDBG-DR, HOME, and HOME-ARP programs. We partner with local governments to enhance capacity with strategic planning, program development, policy research, and developing custom tools and templates for housing and community development administration.
Spatialist is also an experienced subcontractor on HUD Technical Assistance teams as a subject matter expert.
Climate Resilience + Disaster Recovery
All communities face an increasing need to address the local impacts of climate change and prepare for disaster recovery. Spatialist has provided consulting services in Climate Resilience + Disaster Recovery, including the administration of federal disaster recovery funds for long-term housing recovery; strategic planning in underserved communities in the immediate aftermath of disasters; and developing climate-resilience policies for single-family and multi-family housing at the local level.

Spatialist has provided policy research, policy analysis, and financial modeling and budgeting to local governments in the areas of housing, community development, urban planning, and environmental sustainability.
