Amanda King is the Principal of Spatialist LLC.
I am an urban planner by education and have been working in the fields of planning, community development, housing, and real estate for 15+ years. My client projects and experience include everything from project management on historic building rehab for affordable housing, to implementing solar projects on privately-owned industrial buildings, to developing green building resilience policies, to administering HUD funds and programs.
I’ve worked with local and federal government agencies, nonprofits, and private companies, providing practical services to deliver high-quality projects and implement sustainability initiatives. I have a depth of knowledge in real estate development, policy, grant management, finance, regulatory compliance, and being a good neighbor.
